I am doing a little mini-training for you about the pre-talk ritual and how we prepare ourselves to be really present with our audience and to do our best work and really show up and love them up the best that we can. It does take some preparation, and I think finding a ritual is really, really important.

We are talking today about the strategies that we need to get through the bumps that happen in speaking! I want to share with you three strategies that I have used to help me get over the bumps of creation, and that I teach my speaker to use too.
