And what’s so powerful about a TEDx talk - is that it’s about the purity of the idea. With both good and bad results - many TEDx events are NOT focused on the quality of the speaking (at least at first) - they prioritize the IDEA. 

Which means that ANY OF US can get one. So - is it worth it?

We really need to know where we are at as speakers. Because when we do, when we can identify what stage we are in, it helps us figure out how to take the next steps in getting better, getting more visible, sharing our stories, stepping into the next phase of growth and impact on behalf of our audience.
