One of the biggest reasons people come to me is that they are holding two truths up in front of themselves…
  • 1) THEY KNOW SPEAKING IS POWERFUL AND A NEEDED PART OF THEIR BUSINESS…and:
  • 2) they RESENT it in some way… 
(And yes - both can be true!) 
They resent how it takes over their life before a big opportunity, and the panic/stress that seems to come alongside it. And what is so important to know is that IT DOESNT’ HAVE TO BE THAT WAY.
